I travel a lot for work, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels as a result. I actually love staying somewhere new for the night; there's something romantic about hotels that has always appealed to me. I've started this blog to give a sort of layperson's perspective: what makes a great place to stay, how to spot lodgings you'll enjoy when you're looking for something to hire in an unfamiliar location and what you as a guest can do to make your hotel visits as comfortable as possible.
